The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: This includes order verification, quality check and packaging. Order processing will typically take between 1-5 business days. Most of our items are made upon order to ensure the best quality for our customers!
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped to the destination. US orders may take between 7-21 business days to arrive at your destination. International delivery may take between 12–25 business days at your destination.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via your email.
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. Items are shipped as they become available to ensure quick delivery.
If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this fixed for you.
Please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date shown on the tracking to report any missing or damaged packages as we want fix this for you as soon as possible!
