Shipping & Delivery
Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse. Our order processing times are:
5-7 Business Days Depending On Product Design and Item. Most of our items are made upon order to ensure the best quality for our customers!
You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 5 to 7 days business days after ordering.

We provide free shipping for orders over $50. For orders that aren’t over $50 and/or international, shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page and are calculated based on weight, shipping method and destination.

Why didn’t I receive my entire order?
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. Items are shipped as they become available to ensure quick delivery.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
Please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date shown on the tracking to report any missing or damaged packages as we want fix this for you as soon as possible!
What do I do if I entered the wrong address?
If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this fixed for you. If the order has already been processed, we will not be able to update the address and your order will most likely be returned to us. Once returned, we will send it to the correct address that you provide.
Returns & Refunds
We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. However, there is a short window of time in which you can cancel your order. If your order has not been processed yet, please contact us.
Snarzy creates fun, expressive products that we want you to fully enjoy and ensure that you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not worry as you may return it for a refund or exchange it for another size or style within 30 days of receiving your order.

What payment methods are accepted?
